I have won a total of $30,000 dollars with 1xbet. They blocked my withdrawal at first. I wrote to them. They wanted to verify me and asked a bunch of questions back and forth. I met all their documentation demands and verification. I have been waiting 1 week now. They finally replied today saying "There was a technical failure, which let you win a certain amount of money. In this regard, the company will cancel the winnings you received as a result of a technical failure". Which is the biggest nonsense I have ever heard. I have been a loyal customer to 1xbet and wasted my hard earned money on them and now that I have won they want to cheat me out of the money I have won fairly. I see them as scammers now since they want to scam me.

Casino provided our team with game provider's report which confirmed that player's winnings in question came due to technical failure, caused by the glitch. Time and date of the player's activity collerates with the time and date of the glitch. In the light of better understanding of the case itself and in order to avoid any further missunderstandings, we would like to use this opportunity and advise the casino to provide the same evidence / report to the complainant directly.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

You have been stalling for 2 months now and yet have yet to provide any evidence of why you are holding onto my money. Everyone can see now that you have no reason to hold onto my money please do the morally correct thing and pay me what i have won. Dont you company have any integrity and morals? If you had real evidence you would have provided it already but as i have said from beggining you have nothing against me. Stop scamming your customers please. You have been given more than enough time but now you are just playing with us. Once and for all kindly provide what you have or refund me my money which you have wrongfully taken away from me.
