Blocked my account with €1,500

My name is Nuno < surname removed > and I attached prove of this by email, I sent screenshots by email, and I'll attach files here Aswell.

It's the following:

I usually bet on 1xbet and everything went good, I was able to withdraw the money without any problem, deposit without any problem, until now. I've won 1500€ and as soon I tried to withdraw the funds they said it was blocked, I contacted securi­ty-­en@­1xb­et-­tea­m.com, and they told me they'd fix it in 72 hours, that time as went by and still nothing happen, I can't bet and I can't withdraw my funds and they don't reply to emails.

They asked for proof that for some it might be impossible to give, not to me though, I've sent them everything they asked.

Now they don't reply to me, they're keeping my account blocked (don't know why), so I have my funds stuck there

I'm desperate, please help me

So, after 3 months I passed my verification, and I successfully withdrawn my 1500€.

Overall this was the worst betting experience I had in my life, but on one hand it was my fault because I deposited to my account with another person bank account. So to some extend I understand it was hard to pass verification. Although 1xbet Casino demands almost impossible to get documents that I get 7/10 people can't send, because they are really hard documents to get. The costumer service is the worst, dreadful, the security service only copy + paste, and don't help you at all.

The website/app itself it's good, good odds, the biggest website in terms of markets, but is it worth it?

They are not scammers, that's for sure. Although there could be a lot... A LOT of improvements on how they treat their clients and how they conduct their verification procedures. They took 3 months to verify myself.

I would just like to thank @askgamblers, without them probably I wouldn't get my account verified, they really help you and they don't charge anything for it. I can say I had my faith in humanity restored, because they are so emphatic, and they really REALLY care, and try to help you out. So I'm my name I would like to really thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This was a bad experience because I really needed the money, you can see in the thread how many times I asked to tell me the institution name, even now that I withdrawn the money they didn't tell me the institution. Basically they only reply on threats from institutions, in this case they only solved the case when Askgamblers told them it would get unresolved.

Can you please ask 1xbet casino which payment system? Because they clearly ignore everything I ask. As far as I am concerned I already contacted the Regulator, but I think they won't reply also, I also contacted the security service from 1xbet and they apologise for the wait but said no further, but I won't give up and everyday I will spam that inbox until I get a reply. A blockage forever or the unblock. This is ongoing for 3 months overall, so you can put it unresolved. This is the worst betting company ever, I hope with this thread future clients choose other betting apps, because this is the way they treat their clients, with despise.
I want to nonetheless thank askgamblers for taking their time to help me, getting nothing in return for me, so thank you.
I've sent every document 2 months ago, and they still don't say which payment system. It's an embarrassment, they act like they don't have the power to unblock it but they're the only ones with that power, they want to keep my money, simple as that.

Withdrawal request claimed to be successful but never received any funds

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request that was marked as “successful” on your platform, yet the funds were never received in my BaridiMob/bank account.

I made a withdrawal request using the BaridiMob payment method. The withdrawal was first approved and then marked as successful only a few minutes later. However, after checking my bank account, I found that no funds had been received.

I personally contacted my bank and provided them with the transaction date and time of my bank account ,The bank confirmed that:

no such transaction was ever received or processed on their side,

there is no pending transfer,

and this type of operation normally takes around 15 minutes, which also matches the timeframe stated on your own website for this withdrawal method.

Additionally, on the same day, I successfully made 6 deposits and one withdrawal using the exact same payment method and account. All of those transactions appeared correctly in my banking history. However, this specific withdrawal is completely missing.

To support my claim, I submitted an official pdf proof from the bank showing all transactions for that day, including the successful deposits and withdrawal, while clearly showing that the disputed withdrawal was never received.

Despite this evidence, my payment query was closed with the simple response:“The withdrawal amount has been sent to the specified account.”

No proper explanation, transaction proof, or investigation details were provided. My evidence was ignored entirely.

At this point, I strongly believe there has either been an internal processing error or fraudulent handling of the transaction, because the withdrawal was marked as completed without the funds ever reaching my account.

I kindly request:

a proper investigation into this withdrawal,

and an immediate refund or reprocessing of the payment if the transfer cannot be verified.

I have already provided official proof from the bank confirming that the funds were never received.
