'Approved' SEPA withdrawal has not reached my account after a week

I have a problem regarding the withdrawal I've demanded via SEPA to my current book 1xbet that I did not receive after 5 business days. I'm very disappointed in this book since i've been having fun and tried a lot of theire different competitions and lost some money and won some aswell. I was planning on staying theire forever but here is my problem.

The withdrawal has been approved and confirmed the same day (12th of january 2021 at 12:38 p.m and confirmed as sent to bank account at 15:15 p.m same exact day)

I had a gut feeling I would be another victim from theire fraudulent company.

I would really love and appreciate If you could look into my case as 200€ is a lot of money for me and I still have money that will be added to my account if my bets get validated.

I've tried contacting them a thousand times via e-mail but they seem motivated to make me give up on my well deserved earnings. I withdrew a few times prior to that and no problems. I always got my earning under 2 business days maximum.

I called bank advisor that told me they never got a transaction from 1xbet.

I read a lot of reviews and complaints where people say this is a well known scam.

Thay ask for a bunch of documents and always redirect you to 5 different e-mails when you comply to theire ridiculous demands but never get your problem solved.

They clearly chose to make it a nightmare for me to withdraw and I'm tired and hopeless. I would really use some external help. I'm in a dangerous situation financially because of this.

They even asked to someone i know 2 years ago to send documents after they gave him hell of time with a million document verification, to send them a postal letter to russia to a fake adress and they also asked him for a bank statement when it is clearly confidential information and all they had to do is send theire proof of transaction and get the lost money (to not say stolen) and finally send it to bank account.

This is getting ridiculous. Nothing seems to stop them.

They once in an e-mail asked me to wait 14 days but it has been 5 business days and a SEPA even when problem it takes not more than 4-5 days to arrive! It is not 10k we are talking so no big verification pfff

Withdrawal request claimed to be successful but never received any funds

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request that was marked as “successful” on your platform, yet the funds were never received in my BaridiMob/bank account.

I made a withdrawal request using the BaridiMob payment method. The withdrawal was first approved and then marked as successful only a few minutes later. However, after checking my bank account, I found that no funds had been received.

I personally contacted my bank and provided them with the transaction date and time of my bank account ,The bank confirmed that:

no such transaction was ever received or processed on their side,

there is no pending transfer,

and this type of operation normally takes around 15 minutes, which also matches the timeframe stated on your own website for this withdrawal method.

Additionally, on the same day, I successfully made 6 deposits and one withdrawal using the exact same payment method and account. All of those transactions appeared correctly in my banking history. However, this specific withdrawal is completely missing.

To support my claim, I submitted an official pdf proof from the bank showing all transactions for that day, including the successful deposits and withdrawal, while clearly showing that the disputed withdrawal was never received.

Despite this evidence, my payment query was closed with the simple response:“The withdrawal amount has been sent to the specified account.”

No proper explanation, transaction proof, or investigation details were provided. My evidence was ignored entirely.

At this point, I strongly believe there has either been an internal processing error or fraudulent handling of the transaction, because the withdrawal was marked as completed without the funds ever reaching my account.

I kindly request:

a proper investigation into this withdrawal,

and an immediate refund or reprocessing of the payment if the transfer cannot be verified.

I have already provided official proof from the bank confirming that the funds were never received.
