Amount of 7865 INR was deducted from bank account but not added to my Gaming account

I deposited 7865 INR on Feb 26th to my 1xbet account but the amount was never added in my wallet but deducted from my bank account. I contacted their customer care team via chat and call and they suggested to wait for 14 business days and If I do not get the amount, I need to send the Bank statement.
As per the suggestion, I waited till March 18th and requested my bank statement from my bank and they issued it on March 21st and the moment I received my bank statement, I shared it to them via Email. And next day which is today, when I called them to know the statement, they are again telling me to share the bank statement till today which is not fair as 14 days are already completed by 17th/18th March.
I have requested my bank for the new statement again which they will issue after 2-3 days but I am not sure if they will again ask for another statement till the date I will contact them again.

I am hoping that I do not face such issues again which might not be possible but I am expecting the resolution as early as possible. It took almost 2 months and multiple interaction and statements for a simple payment issue.

It shows under review then you ask a new statement again after 3-5 days. This cycle is going on for last 1.5 months. I am replying and sharing all the information via email, chat and telegram and here as well but no one is able to share why it's taking that much time.
Will you give any compensation or interest on my money which you have kept for last 2 months?
Waiting for the response and I am thinking to uninstall the app once I get my money back because your customer service team is nothing but the copy paste team and the deposit and withdrawal issue are increasing day by day and no one is willing to resolve the issue from your customer service team.

Withdrawal request claimed to be successful but never received any funds

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request that was marked as “successful” on your platform, yet the funds were never received in my BaridiMob/bank account.

I made a withdrawal request using the BaridiMob payment method. The withdrawal was first approved and then marked as successful only a few minutes later. However, after checking my bank account, I found that no funds had been received.

I personally contacted my bank and provided them with the transaction date and time of my bank account ,The bank confirmed that:

no such transaction was ever received or processed on their side,

there is no pending transfer,

and this type of operation normally takes around 15 minutes, which also matches the timeframe stated on your own website for this withdrawal method.

Additionally, on the same day, I successfully made 6 deposits and one withdrawal using the exact same payment method and account. All of those transactions appeared correctly in my banking history. However, this specific withdrawal is completely missing.

To support my claim, I submitted an official pdf proof from the bank showing all transactions for that day, including the successful deposits and withdrawal, while clearly showing that the disputed withdrawal was never received.

Despite this evidence, my payment query was closed with the simple response:“The withdrawal amount has been sent to the specified account.”

No proper explanation, transaction proof, or investigation details were provided. My evidence was ignored entirely.

At this point, I strongly believe there has either been an internal processing error or fraudulent handling of the transaction, because the withdrawal was marked as completed without the funds ever reaching my account.

I kindly request:

a proper investigation into this withdrawal,

and an immediate refund or reprocessing of the payment if the transfer cannot be verified.

I have already provided official proof from the bank confirming that the funds were never received.
