My 1xbet ID is 549486969, I deposited 10,000 Rs 13/4/2023 via ipay. The transaction ID is 23198475 1xbet CODE is ef561d1. But only deposited 1,000 Rs instead of my deposit. I complained several times but not solved. The payment details are attached herewith. For this issue already four days are gone. I complained about this in chat box, email and whatsapp. The most unpleasant thing is the customer support section is not in a position to give any clarification for this issue. Please solve this issue.
I deposited 5,000 Rs 17/4/2023 via ipay. Transaction ID is 23359807 1xbet CODE is e128388. But there was a technical issue that took place and a message displayed "this payment identification Number is already in use" therefore this payment was also not deposited.
