Amount not credited in casino so waiting for my refund
My name is Rahul <surname removed> and I am a player at 1xbet casino. My gaming id is 97797047.
I had done a deposit on 1st of October 2020 of amount 17500 inr. The amount got debited from my bank account but did not get credited to my 1xbet casino account for which I called them ,emailed them and also trying chat box for which I received an email stating I shall receive an refund from them in 14 working days.whoch now has got over and now I have emailed them multiple time with my bank statement and the deposit proof that I have attached here in the mail as well but no reply has been received by me and I have been blocked on call and chat box they don't even bother to reply.
Here is the proof
I had done a deposit of Rs 17500 on October 1st 2020 via internet banking..which did not get added to my id (see the attachments)I have attached screenshot of transaction and bank statement ....... my bank said the transaction is successful and has given me this PNR REFERENCE pleas check the PRN referrence No.SUTI9281942302 of the transaction.
I also emailed the third party payment gateway with the deposit ref never and they replied saying the amount has been settled with the merchant that is 1xbet
