Account restricted and funds blocked
I am filing this complaint against 1xBet regarding my account (Player ID:sent to the casino ), which has been restricted and my funds have been blocked for over [30] days.
I have already completed all the necessary verification steps and submitted all requested documents to the Security Department as per their instructions. However, despite my repeated attempts to contact them via email (block@1xbet-team.com and security-en@1xbet-team.com), I have received absolutely no response or update. Even my affiliate partner manager has been unable to provide a clear resolution, stating they cannot assist with security matters.
It is extremely frustrating to have my legitimate funds held without any communication or valid reason. I have followed all terms and conditions, and yet I am being ignored by their support team.
I am requesting AskGamblers to intervene and help me get a clear response from 1xBet regarding the status of my account and the withdrawal of my funds.
Supporting Evidence: I have attached screenshots of my account status, the documents I submitted, and the emails I sent to their security department which remain unanswered.
