I'm VIP Status Member and my account is locked for over a week. They asked for my ID, which they already had, because I have this account for over 3-4 years and I also have 230eur in it. After deposit they locked and now they only respond with standard text that they are working on my issue also they said if I'm going to write again they gonna block my email.
I don't see any reason why they would keep my deposit (via crypto). It's just disaster, not casino.
I'm very disappointed, support is doing nothing, LifeChat is probably some kind of AI based bot and that's pretty much it.
