Since over a week my account is blocked because 1xbet security apparment want proof that i earn the money i am betting with. I send them all they want, contrat with my employer, bank statement, salary statement of the last month. Issue was because some payments failed because of technical problems from their side. Every tim this happened i send them a screenshot were they could see that the money was booked from my bank, but not in my 1xbet account. That wasn't my fault and they booked the money after some time on the 1xbet account. They got every statement from me they want, but they are with nothing satisfied. I don't know what to do else as they alsways say to me i should send them statements i already send them. Have no answer since last 3 days. from them. Their support is completely incompetent. I cannot pay out my 60 €, that's all i want and never bet again on this untrustworthy site.
