8.1 ETH withdrawal seriously delayed


Hello,

I'd like to expose an issue that I'm having with this company (1xBet).

I've asked for a withdrawal of 8100 mETH (or 8.1 ETH) on 08/08/2018 (11h51pm) and its approval was made 12 minutes after. Up to this point, all was ok.

After the approval, the withdrawal is suppose to take only 15 minutes until it arrives in my wallet (Ethereum Wallet), however until right now (more than 24 hours after) they didn't send me the payment. I know that delays happen, it's ok, however I'd like to know what is happening. So, I tried talk with the Live Chat support in order to know what is happening, and this is the talking transcription:

Me - Hello Jennifer, my withdrawal 119003027 was approved, however it wasn't send to my Ethereum Wallet yet. Can you help me?
Me - It's taking more than 24 hours.
Jeniffer (1xBet) - Hello. Please, specify the date and the amount of that withdrawal.

Jeniffer (1xBet) - Hold on , please. I will check the information .
Me - ok
Jeniffer (1xBet) - Your withdrawal request has been approved from our company's side. Now you should wait for the approval from the payment system provider.

Me - which payment system? I'm using crypto currency.. Ethereum, not a payment system
Jeniffer (1xBet) - It is the payment system.
Me - It always takes only 15 minutes. I'd like to know what is happening.
Me - No, it's not haha. It's blockchain.
Jeniffer (1xBet) - Please, wait for the confirmation from the operator.
Me - Ok, do you have a estimate time or something like that? It's ok the delay, I just want to know what is happening.
Jeniffer (1xBet) - All the information regarding this issue has been provided to you.
Me - Actually, no information was provided, but ok. Thank you.
Jeniffer (1xBet) - If you have no further questions, I wish you all the best.

Unfortunately, this was the "help" that was provided me. How I just said above, delays happen, but I'd like to know what is really happening in order to be aware about the whole situation.

I hope I only had a bad lucky with an ill-prepared employee and AskGamblers and 1xBet will help me in order to solve this issue.

Withdrawal request claimed to be successful but never received any funds

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request that was marked as “successful” on your platform, yet the funds were never received in my BaridiMob/bank account.

I made a withdrawal request using the BaridiMob payment method. The withdrawal was first approved and then marked as successful only a few minutes later. However, after checking my bank account, I found that no funds had been received.

I personally contacted my bank and provided them with the transaction date and time of my bank account ,The bank confirmed that:

no such transaction was ever received or processed on their side,

there is no pending transfer,

and this type of operation normally takes around 15 minutes, which also matches the timeframe stated on your own website for this withdrawal method.

Additionally, on the same day, I successfully made 6 deposits and one withdrawal using the exact same payment method and account. All of those transactions appeared correctly in my banking history. However, this specific withdrawal is completely missing.

To support my claim, I submitted an official pdf proof from the bank showing all transactions for that day, including the successful deposits and withdrawal, while clearly showing that the disputed withdrawal was never received.

Despite this evidence, my payment query was closed with the simple response:“The withdrawal amount has been sent to the specified account.”

No proper explanation, transaction proof, or investigation details were provided. My evidence was ignored entirely.

At this point, I strongly believe there has either been an internal processing error or fraudulent handling of the transaction, because the withdrawal was marked as completed without the funds ever reaching my account.

I kindly request:

a proper investigation into this withdrawal,

and an immediate refund or reprocessing of the payment if the transfer cannot be verified.

I have already provided official proof from the bank confirming that the funds were never received.
