1xBet Withdrawal Marked as Completed but Funds Not Received
Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am facing a withdrawal issue with 1xBet. I requested a withdrawal of 19,900 EGP on December 11, 2024, at 6:34 Cairo time, but I have not received the funds in my Vodafone Cash account.

Issue details:
My withdrawal status on 1xBet is marked as "Completed", but I have not received the money in my Vodafone Cash account.
I contacted Vodafone Cash support, and they confirmed that no transaction was received.
1xBet requested a stamped statement from Vodafone, but obtaining this document requires special authorization from the Administrative Prosecution Authority, making it extremely difficult.
Despite the challenges, I managed to obtain a PDF statement from Vodafone and also visited a Vodafone branch to collect a printed version, which I photographed and sent to 1xBet.
Request:
I kindly request AskGamblers' assistance in resolving this issue. I have provided all necessary evidence, and I simply want my rightfully withdrawn funds to be processed correctly.
