1xBET withdraw issues
My issue with 1xbet is the poor support practice they have exercised and the actual support help. I have been trying to withdraw my fund from my account and it seems they have made it a challenge all a sudden.
I've made deposits and withdrawals with them in the recent month fine. but it seems to be an obstacle just to receive my funds. My issue is, they ask for a confirmation code to be inputted at the withdrawal screen, via SMS text messenger to the register number on the account.
Now the SMS "confirmation code" doesn't get sent to me. So I notified support about this issue...
First notification with support, she told me it was an internal technical issue, and to please try again later or try a callback consultant for the code.
So I issued a callback, and it's been over a day, and yet still no callback.
Next day I contact support about the same issue. He asked me to take out sim card and reboot it that way, and also to check if their number aren't in spam folder. So I did all that and still had no success. I ask the support if they can just email me the code, or even disable the confirmation code, because it's not necessary. It has nothing to do with interac withdrawal feature. I've withdrawn with different casinos, and it doesn't need a confirmation code. Therefore asking these questions with support, he doesn't give me an answer...I also asked if I can provide a different number to receive this SMS txt, and yet he doesn't answer me. His response is to state that the conversation is cyclic... without answering my question. To me honestly, the issue seems to be on 1xBet side. Nothing to do with my phone receiving the confirmation code through SMS. If that was the case, why couldn't I give them another number for this"confirmation code"? I even ask them to send me via e-mail, OR better yet, disable the confirmation code, but they said it's not possible to receive in via email. Here I am, trying to find any possible way to resolve this. What the support should be doing...
I spend money with this sportbook every day, and never had an issue with depositing, but I guess it comes to withdrawal, it's a different case...
Seems like it's an obstacle all of a sudden to submit a withdraw. The main issue here is the "confirmation code" so could I please get some actual attention from 1xbet and resolve this issue? Because I'm tired of waiting for a response from support... because that, department needs attention. I shouldn't have to wait for hrs just for a response. Support needs to be improved. I just want my funds, and move forward from this, please and thank you.
