Dear AskGamblers Team,


I am submitting this complaint regarding 1xBet, where my account (1445678743) has been blocked and is currently under appeal.


Timeline of Events:

- My account was blocked by 1xBet citing alleged violations of their Terms and Conditions.

- I immediately filed an appeal and have fully cooperated with their security department, including providing my IP address when requested.

- It has now been over one month since the appeal process began, and I continue to receive only generic “under review” messages without resolution.

- My Account balance is no longer visible on the platform though I have a snap shot, and I am concerned about the prolonged delay and lack of transparency.


My Position:

- I have complied with all requests during the investigation.

- I believe my account should be reinstated or, at minimum, a clear resolution provided.

- I am submitting this complaint to demonstrate my seriousness and to ensure that 1xBet addresses my case fairly and promptly.

- The constant delay has brought me great discomfort to buy needs for my kids school as my funds are held in the account, and No I don't have a gambling problem.


Requested Resolution:

- A clear and timely decision on my appeal

- Assurance that my legitimate winnings will not be confiscated

- Withdrawal of both deposits and winnings if the account remains closed

There is no reason for it to be dated in 2024 this is clearly handwriting , why not get your Psychiatrist doctor to review this manually. getting another certificate will cost a lot, as it has to be done again . Companied with other other i have from the other certificate , I ask this be reviewed manually.

The year 2026 appears only on the notary stamps. However, within the medical certificate itself, the doctor has indicated the year 2024 multiple times.

This discrepancy between the medical certificate issuance date (2024) and the notarization date (2026) is the reason why the document cannot be accepted for verification purposes.

For the document to be valid, the medical certificate must clearly indicate a current issuance date corresponding to the actual examination and must match the official stamp of the medical institution.

We kindly ask you to obtain a newly issued certificate with a clearly stated current date and matching official clinic stamp.

Withdrawal request claimed to be successful but never received any funds

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request that was marked as “successful” on your platform, yet the funds were never received in my BaridiMob/bank account.

I made a withdrawal request using the BaridiMob payment method. The withdrawal was first approved and then marked as successful only a few minutes later. However, after checking my bank account, I found that no funds had been received.

I personally contacted my bank and provided them with the transaction date and time of my bank account ,The bank confirmed that:

no such transaction was ever received or processed on their side,

there is no pending transfer,

and this type of operation normally takes around 15 minutes, which also matches the timeframe stated on your own website for this withdrawal method.

Additionally, on the same day, I successfully made 6 deposits and one withdrawal using the exact same payment method and account. All of those transactions appeared correctly in my banking history. However, this specific withdrawal is completely missing.

To support my claim, I submitted an official pdf proof from the bank showing all transactions for that day, including the successful deposits and withdrawal, while clearly showing that the disputed withdrawal was never received.

Despite this evidence, my payment query was closed with the simple response:“The withdrawal amount has been sent to the specified account.”

No proper explanation, transaction proof, or investigation details were provided. My evidence was ignored entirely.

At this point, I strongly believe there has either been an internal processing error or fraudulent handling of the transaction, because the withdrawal was marked as completed without the funds ever reaching my account.

I kindly request:

a proper investigation into this withdrawal,

and an immediate refund or reprocessing of the payment if the transfer cannot be verified.

I have already provided official proof from the bank confirming that the funds were never received.
