1xBet where my account has been blocked for 1Month
Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am submitting this complaint regarding 1xBet, where my account (1445678743) has been blocked and is currently under appeal.
Timeline of Events:
- My account was blocked by 1xBet citing alleged violations of their Terms and Conditions.
- I immediately filed an appeal and have fully cooperated with their security department, including providing my IP address when requested.
- It has now been over one month since the appeal process began, and I continue to receive only generic “under review” messages without resolution.
- My Account balance is no longer visible on the platform though I have a snap shot, and I am concerned about the prolonged delay and lack of transparency.
My Position:
- I have complied with all requests during the investigation.
- I believe my account should be reinstated or, at minimum, a clear resolution provided.
- I am submitting this complaint to demonstrate my seriousness and to ensure that 1xBet addresses my case fairly and promptly.
- The constant delay has brought me great discomfort to buy needs for my kids school as my funds are held in the account, and No I don't have a gambling problem.
Requested Resolution:
- A clear and timely decision on my appeal
- Assurance that my legitimate winnings will not be confiscated
- Withdrawal of both deposits and winnings if the account remains closed
