I raised a withdrawal request of 7000 rs on the 14th of March 2024.
I have still not received 7000 in my bank account but the 1xbet team without much investigation said they have sent the money.
I have proved through a bank statement that payment is not received by me but they have not given any proof which shows they have sent the money to me.
They don't respond much over mail and their support team seems helpless
