29th December at 8.51PM I sent 7000BDT to Nagad agent through 1xbet deposit option. More than 10 hours has been passed but still I did not get my deposit in my account. As per 1xbet law I also sent an email with every detail but also didn't get any reply yet. I am a student. This money is very important to me. Please solve this issue.
