1xBet deposit failed
**Title:** 1xBet deposit failed – money not credited or refunded for weeks
**Complaint:**
Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am a registered user of 1xBet with the ID **855058803**. On **April 4, 2025**, I made a deposit of **60 AZN** into my 1xBet account. The amount was converted according to the KWD exchange rate, but shortly after the transaction, I received a message stating that the deposit was **rejected by the payment operator**.
Since then, I have contacted 1xBet support **multiple times**, but every time I receive the **same generic reply**: *"Your request will be resolved shortly."* This issue has now been ongoing for **weeks**, and my funds have neither been credited to my balance nor refunded.
I currently have **5 pending support requests** with the following ticket numbers:

- #3951266
- #3856909
- #3854403
- #3854272
Despite these repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received any meaningful updates or solutions. This experience has caused financial loss and frustration, and I feel that my consumer rights are being ignored.
I am ready to provide:
- A screenshot of the payment confirmation,
- The rejection notice from 1xBet, and
- Copies of my correspondence with their support team.
