It’s been months now that I’ve been trying to get my money out of the casino unsuccessfully. The security department asked me for many documents that I’ve all provided but it’s been more than week now I can’t get any answers from them. Since November my account has been blocked and I’ve been putting a lot of effort into collecting all the documents they’ve requested. Generally they respond quick like 10-15 mins but since I’ve gave them all they asked for and there is nothing left than give me access to my money they taking more than a week and I still have no answer to this day. Holding my money like that. I wouldn’t recommend them.
