12 days delaying and not allowing withdrawal

I would like to inform you that after considering all aspects and thoroughly reading the AGCCS guidelines, I have come to the conclusion that I will file a complaint against the casino for non-responsiveness.

On September 3, 2022, they refused to withdraw my money and asked for identification, which was subsequently emailed.
After the identification document, request an identification document next to the face along with seeing the email sent by them, after that bank print, after their bank printout, ask for a driver's license, each time they wait about 3 days after my email and after about 3 days they ask again for a new identification document, completely pointless and a waste of time.
Now the question is, why don't they request all the documents at once and wait 3 days for each identification document, and as soon as I send the documents, they request a new document and another 3 days.

At all stages, I had any kind of cooperation that would lead to transparency.
But unfortunately they want to cheat and look for a way not to pay me. Considering they only respond to my emails with generic emails it's been over 11 days since their first response so I decided to file a complaint.
