I’m writing for your support in getting my withdrawal from 1win.
I made a withdrawal request on 2nd December 2024 for INR 8000 and 5000 however same is still not credited.
I contacted 1win support they said to provide a bank response. I have provided the same and also provided bank mail confirmation which clearly says that kindly verify with the sender. The response of 1win is that take a refund from the bank.
How it is possible as a receiver how can I demand a refund? It is the responsibility of the sender to demand a refund, hence requesting your intervention to resolve the issue.
