I deposited arround 900USDT to my account and played slots, after a short time I won around 7000Euros.
I deposited the money from my crypto wallet, and tried to withdraw to the same wallet.
The first withdrawal request got approved in 4 minutes and I received 500Euros, after that I tried to withdraw 6100EUROS which got cancelled and the reson was mentioned the method, which was the same method.
I emailed them multiple times, and 3 times the answer was that everything is good with my account, and there is no problem. I saved all the screenshots.
After multiple calls, I got verbal confimation that they will not cancel my Requests and the money will be sent, and I just need to wait from 1 minutes to 48 hours, But again my transactions got cancelled by them, and I was not able to receive the full ammount of the money I won.
now still 4100EUROS are in my gaming account, And I am not able to withdraw this money.
I am asking for help because As I understand there are a lot of similar situations and you might be the platform where I can get help and resolve this situation.
