Withdrawal problem from last two months
On March 8th at 11:34 PM, I made a withdrawal request for ₹10,000. The withdrawal status showed as successfully completed, but the amount has not been credited to my bank account.
I raised a complaint through your official website, and I was advised to wait 7 days. After waiting, I contacted your support team again, and they informed me that the transaction was completed on your end. I was asked to provide written proof from my bank manager confirming that the amount had not been credited.
I visited the bank and obtained the required official statement. I then submitted this documentation to your support team, who raised another complaint and again asked me to wait another 7 days.
After waiting, I followed up once more and was given a complaint number: PMNT-2485973. Since March 27, I have continuously received the same generic response asking me to keep waiting, without any meaningful update or resolution.
It has now been over two months, and I still have not received the funds or a clear explanation. I have attached screenshots of the support replies for reference.
Please treat this matter with urgency and resolve it as soon as possible. I am extremely frustrated by the continuous delays and lack of proper support.
