I hope you are doing fine.
Basically, i am a new customer I dont think I reach 6 months.
This issue happened twice already and my withdrawals were pending even after the recommended 7days of wait after the normal 48h payment processing time.
This case is exhausting me as they keep telling me “soon” making me go back and forth not respecting my time and sometimes they close the chat before I even finish.
Well I made this request on the 27th of February . It’s still pending and the answers never change, bring processed, under review, I don’t believe any of this. For a whole month the experts don’t have my time ?
For a whole month I’ve been messaging every day every 2-4hoirs to get the same answer. I don’t know what to do anymore. At a period they mentioned technical difficulties to check my info so my request fell in death ears for 48h before they been available again.
I kept messaging on both the website and the telegram bot.
Mind you, today they gave me a bot to check my requests myself.
And all of a sudden the operators said they can have accès to more information
Or i should wait the provided time that I don’t know about.

Another withdrawal is pending again and exceeded the 48h and they’ll probably give me another request number and 7days of wait,
Honestly this back and forth is really exhausting.
This is just a habit now o cannot keep waiting months to get my money.
I am emotionally perturbed enough about this withdrawal issue, I cannot strew Everytime I’m about to do a withdrawal.
I need a closure on this situation.
I need to rest, please @Askgamblers, help me get through this and finish for good. It’s been going on since January. I’m very tired o added the two withdrawal that are pending as of today.
