Amount-22000 rs
I withdrew 22000 INR on 8th Feb 2025 but the amount has not been received in my account.
The status has been changed to successful but no money received.
On complaint with the app, they are not helping or resolving the issue.
It's been 16 days now and I am been harassed.
The VIP manager is a waste of time and doesn't help in getting the funds.
Also I have shared the bank mail response attached regarding the issue stating there is no money received pertaining to the transaction. Resending the bank statement and mail response over mail now for the 10th time or even more. Secondly just now your customer support team has stated the transaction was failure from the payment provider end . From last 17 days I can't run to the bank and get the same asked statement and bank response on daily basis.
Request you to speak to the vip manager and also check the details shared and reinitiate the amount in priority since there has been medical emergency in my end at family and my money is stucked with you from last 16 days.
