On 2:27 PM (Nepal Time Zone), 1st July 2025 ,I initiated a withdrawal request for NPR 10416 from my account ID 322271416, According to your stated policy, the withdrawal processing time is 72 hours.
It has now been more than 72 hours since I made the request, and the funds have not yet been processed or credited to my account. This significantly exceeds your advertised timeframe, and I have not received any communication or explanation for this delay.
I kindly request an immediate resolution to this matter. Please process my withdrawal without further delay and provide a clear explanation for why the stated processing time was not adhered to.

This is a follow-up to my previous complaint regarding an unfulfilled withdrawal request.
As a new player at 1win Casino, I was hoping for a smooth and positive experience. However, my very first withdrawal has been anything but.
As of today, July 6th, 2025, it has been over six days since my withdrawal request was made. The funds have still not been processed or credited to my account. This is well beyond your advertised 72-hour timeframe and is completely unacceptable, especially for a new customer like myself.
This experience has left me deeply disappointed with 1win Casino. The lack of adherence to your stated processing times and the complete absence of any response to my previous inquiry have created a very poor first impression.
I urgently request an immediate resolution to this issue. Please process my withdrawal without any further delay and provide a detailed explanation for this prolonged hold-up and the complete lack of response.
