A tournament was held on 24/11/2025 to 24/12/2025 and the name of the tournament SPIN & WIN. In this particular tournament where I took 2nd place and the winning of that particular tournament Apple pack. In this particular tournament guidelines where clearly mentioned that winners will get their winnings within 45 days. In my case when I not get that winnings I contact with 1win support team and they provided a request appeal number SL2SD-42420. My winning registered with this appeal number. Each and every day I am asking about my tournament winning but they don't get provide any information about my tournament winning. Now they already been taken 6/7 months still that appeal number SL2SD-42420 is pending and they unable to solve the request. 2 days ago, again I asked to support chat and they raised another new appeal number which is SL2SD-78272. From last 6/7 months ,when I asked them they always provide same kind of response like, Wait, forwarded my request, Re-highlighted my request, reviewing by his team, I will receive a phone call from their team, team is working with priority basis that's the only update from 1win support team that's it. Even 1win operator side ,there is no any phone numbers where I can contact them directly and those numbers are showing in operator site, all are not available. Only chat support and vip manager mail id is available for contact that's it. The support team of 1win not finding any solutions till today. 3 months before my KYC successfully approved by 1win regarding my winnings and also told me within few days I will get my winnings. Actually they wasting time because after certain period of time crossing, the winning never be provide and also never raise any complaint what they exactly want. 1win break the rules and regulations in my case. When I won that, a call was coming from vip manager and congratulate me and told me what I exactly win and also told me the value of this prize around Rs 5,30,000.

Please ask 1win why my request appeal number SL2SD-42420 (old) SL2SD-78272 (new) unsolve after taking 6/7 months.

Once again I inform you that there are 3 tournament winnings 1st Apple pack amount already credit in my gaming account few days ago.
2nd tournament winning Rs 90,000 pending
3rd tournament winning cash amount of Rs 20,000 pending.
Today support chat raised another appeal number SL2SD-83153 against remaining 2 tournament winnings disputed amount which are Rs 90,000 and Rs 20,000.
Please check this matter because support team always provide false informations from day 1 still this is running from them.

Dear AskGamblers Team,
I want to inform you that today 1win support chat raised another appeal number SL2SD- 83153 against remaining tournament winnings amount. Remaining tournament winnings are 1st Bada Din and Win tournament name where I took 1st place and won cash amount of Rs 90,000 which was held on 5th December to 15th December, 2nd tournament winning Bada Din and Win which was held on 19th December to 22nd December where I took 10th place and won cash amount of Rs 20,000. And again support chat of 1win raised another appeal number. Here I provide details of this .. One more thing I want to inform you that the tournament where I won 90,000, maybe delete this particular tournament winning but my vip manager forwarded this winning to relevant departments and I provide the details where he exactly said regarding this matter even now support chat also raised appeal number against this particular winning they don't even deny my particular that tournament winning cash amount of Rs 90,000.

I want to tell you when I asked about my tournament winnings with support chat and my vip manager and at that time what they exactly said about 2nd tournament winning Rs 90,000 and 3rd tournament winning Rs 20,000 and I attached the details. Vip manager informed via his telegram id and at that time this telegram id deactivated from his side.

Withdrawal pending for 12 days with no resolution

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal issue with 1win.

My withdrawal has been pending for around 12 days without any resolution. I first requested the withdrawal on June 29, 2026. On July 1, 2026, the withdrawal status was still pending, and from that date until today, I have been contacting 1win support almost every day.

Each time I contact support, I receive the same generic response asking me to wait. In some cases, I was told that my request would be transferred to a specialist, but after that, I received no meaningful update or solution. I was also told to create an appeal through the payment history section, but there is no appeal option available in my account.

At this point, I believe the delay is excessive and unacceptable. I have cooperated with support, waited patiently, and followed their instructions, but the issue remains unresolved, and I still have not received my money.

I am asking AskGamblers to help me resolve this matter with 1win. I want the withdrawal to be processed and the funds sent to me immediately

Withdrawal successful but funds not credited to bank account

I am writing to report a problem with a withdrawal from my 1win account that has not been resolved despite repeated attempts.

On 03 July at 03:18 p.m., I requested a withdrawal of 4,000 INR via IMPS to my State Bank of India account. In the 1win system, this transaction is shown as “Successful,” but the money has still not been credited to my bank account even after 6 days have passed, which has put me in a difficult financial situation.

My 1win account ID is 338759702, and I have used this same State Bank of India account successfully for withdrawals from 1win before, so this problem is unusual. As soon as I noticed that the money had not arrived in my bank, I contacted 1win customer support and sent them the bank statements they requested. However, they only told me to wait and said that an appeal had been made, without providing any clear explanation, time frame, or concrete solution. At the moment, the situation remains the same: the status of the withdrawal shows “Successful” in 1win, but no funds have been received in my State Bank of India account.

I request that this withdrawal of 4,000 INR be urgently investigated and that the payment be credited to my State Bank of India account without further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong and a specific time frame for resolution, instead of being repeatedly told only to wait.

I had contacted the customer support staff everyday atleast 2-3 times but they just kept telling me it's under process and nothing else, already 6 days have passed now and there has not been any update from 1win customer support or any of there team.iam really disappointed with the customer support service of 1win regarding this withdrawal not credited into account issue and also regarding the no update being provided from there side too.

Deposit not received over 7 days

My id is 60313829 i made a deposit of 5800 on june 30 at 10:58pm then after 24 hours complete they provide me a complaint no which is SPP-763318 and they still show in pending and they always tell me to wait regularly I request to complete my complaint but they only make me fool i want my money either in gaming account or in my bank account i also attached the screenshot of successful payment of 5800 i also provide utr number but they didn’t complete my issue.

My Gaming Account Banned Without Any Issue

Back in 2025, a tournament was underway at 1win, and I won a Lamborghini. The rule was that the participant who brought in the highest deposit amount would win the car.

However, the car that was promised was never delivered. Deposit of 4000 rs not credited

On 30june2026 at 09:33 p.m am, I deposited 4k. Transaction was successful. But money did not get credited to my gaming account. So after 20 minutes I raised the complaint and shared the screenshot. But today is 4th July and they are telling me that they are still waiting for update. It has been 5 days and still they are not able to solve this problem. I deposited an amount of R200 on the 27th of May 2026 using the 1 voucher method on my 1win casino account, but it was never credited.

It's been 25 days, and there is still nothing.
