I haven't received any bank transfers of 4,500 MAD, 7,800 MAD, or 10,000 MAD. They claim the money has been sent to my account, but I haven't received anything. I've provided all the necessary documents, but they keep giving the same answer without resolving the issue. Even customer service isn't responding anymore; they just file complaints. They say there's a problem with the payment service and that I'm the victim. No solution is offered. I requested a refund to my 1win account, but they say it's impossible. The money is in the hands of an independent service; it's not my problem, it's yours, because you're unprofessional and you've scammed me. I've lost a lot of money with them. Now I want to withdraw a small amount, and they're having trouble with ridiculous excuses. I advise you not to do business with this company. That's my situation. Currently, I am waiting for a withdrawal of 10,000 dh, which has been pending for 15 days, and 7,800 dh, which was successfully processed on your platform, but I haven't received anything for 16 days. I urge you to resolve this situation because it is unacceptable to wait so long. Each time, I receive excuses without any results. A withdrawal taking 16 days is illogical.I sent the bank statement for Account Number: 000713A300400659. They told me they need a statement for this account: 007450000713130040065980. But it's the same account. The first one is the account number, but you can't send money to that number because there's a letter A in the middle. The second one is the bank account number (RIB) where they're supposed to send the money, and it's also an account number. I sent the required documents with live photos of my account to explain the difference, but it didn't change anything. They refuse to accept it and apologize, saying it's not the account. It's illogical; it's the bank account number (RIB). The request is stopped because they need the documents. I've already sent all the proof.
