The funds I earned from 1win were sent to the Exness trading platform via USDT cryptocurrency.
The funds were sent from a different wallet than my main one.
Exness rejected the funds and returned them to the same wallet the transfer was made, and then the profits disappeared.
I contacted support more than 10 times, but the issue was not resolved, and I did not receive my profits.
Support was suspended for about 10 days, however, I was unable to return them to the platform or the casino.
My profits amounted to $2,630.
