My one win game ID is I91744883. have made two withdrawal on 17th October at 9.02 and 9.03, I have received one but the other 30k is not yet credited to my bank.
When am trying to reach out to there customer service they simply stating the money is successful transferred and refused to give the payment reference number.
This happened to me in the past and it took a month for my money to be recovered this is pathetic service by one win and they do not address the concern when am asking for the UTR for successful transaction.
The website states the time frame for withdrawal is 48 hours and the representative mentioned 72 hour.
Please credit my money back or reverse the amount in 1win account i have shared the bank statement to prove I haven't received it yet and still be adamant stating the money is successful on our end.
