Hello , my gaming id is 7391709 I am very old player of 1win so in 2023 they asked me for my documents to complete my verification and I provided everything and my id is verified since October 2023 from that time I was getting withdrawals smoothly but now they again blocked my withdrawals. Again I contacted support chat again and they told me to drop email to 1win security so I dropped them email and they asked me for verification again and gave me link to done my kyc. So i did that on 26th jan and my kyc showed approved through the link and in 1win casino my kyc is also showing verified and written that I can withdraw my money. Still my withdrawals are not approving already 5 days passed there is no response from them. I attached all the proofs that my account is verified but I am not getting withdrawal i have total 186500inr in which 185000 in wallet and rest 1500 is on withdrawal. Please 1win look into this and help!
