I made a deposit of 5000rs to my 1win wallet on December 17 (11:41pm) money got deducted from my bank account and I even submitted the utr number in the link after clicking the submit utr button it just started showing processing and got stuck. I waited for 2 long hours on the link and in the end they just showed that a dispute is raised from their end not clearly mentioning what is the cause of delay. So I went to call support of 1win casino and talked with the representative he suggested to wait for 24hrs as its their policy so I did that. Even after 24hrs I did not receive the credit so I again went to the call support of 1win casino, the representative told to raise a complaint in the chat support as they will be needing the screenshots as proofs and I did do what was told to me, now they are again asking me to wait for upto 7 days. I mean how long do I have to wait for my own money? This is clearly not professional behavior.

now I hope that i don't face any kind of issues with either withdrawal or deposit in the future in 1win website/app as it creates a nuisance.

Dear ASKGAMBLERS'S team pls ask 1win to give a reply and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Tried to reach there customer support for my issue more than 10 times now they are just replying with the same automated response. This is really stressful. They just make me wait for 20mins or so and then just reply with the same automated response. Below I have attached the screenshots as a proof pls check.
