My Account ID in 1 Win is 321354108. I have deposited 2000 RS to my account on 7th August. Bolt number PMT-3430007. 1 Win saying that it was not received.
I have submitted the bank statement. Also I have sent a request to bank. As per bank this amount is credited. Email from bank also I have submitted to 1 Win. Kindly support on this matter.
