I have made a deposit of INR 9840 on 8th Jan 25. But it was not credited to my game account. I only followed the payment channel that 1win provided. When I contacted 1win, their reply was "This deposit attempt was not recorded on this account. Please the correct game account ID. " But everything was correct. I'll share the screen shots for your reference. Kindly do the needful.
