I deposited Rs 14000 in my 1win wallet on 14th January 2025 (01:16 AM)

The money was deducted from my bank account and I also submitted the UTR number in the link, after clicking on the submit UTR button it started showing processing and got stuck. I waited for 20 minutes on the link and at the end they just showed that a dispute had been raised from their side, so I contacted through the support chat of 1win casino,

They suggested to wait for 24 hours. After 24 hours I still did not get the credit, so I again asked to register a complaint in 1win chat support now they are again asking me to wait for 7 days.

I mean how long do I have to wait for my own money?

I have been waiting for my money for 20 days but my problem has not been solved yet. Money has not been credited to my 1win wallet yet. How long do I have to wait for my own money?
