Ok so it's been 2.5 days since my deposit of 2000. I did not receive it. When contacted for customer support they right away filed a ticket and told me to wait for 7 days. Which casino takes 7 days to verify the payment? Everytime they are asking for proof which I sent again and again but they are responding with the same thing. And now for withdrawal, I placed 4 withdrawals on 30 april around 6 to 7 pm. A day has passed, but they are still processing. The amounts are 12k, 14k, 16k, 18k. They don't provide solutions never ever. Also I was assigned as a VIP 10 days ago but they don't provide me with a manager. Too much bad service. Id is 312738394
