I have make a deposit of Rs. 5000 on 26.08.2025 via UPI in 1Win Casino. The amount is successfully debited from my bank account, but the amount is not credited to my 1win account. I have raised the concern with the 1win support team & they provided the Ticket Number.
I've been chasing for the past 5 days with customer support, but no proper response from the customer support team. Always the same reply received as they are checking with the payment operator.
I'm attaching all the necessary proofs to review this case. Also attaching my bank statement from the date of deposit to the present time. No refund received, nor is it credited to my 1win wallet.
