I am filing this complaint against 1win regarding a withdrawal delay.

Amount Involved: 450 EGP (Egyptian Pounds)
Request Date: 19/05/2026
I requested a withdrawal of 450 EGP from my account on May 19, 2026.
The withdrawal is still in "pending" status, or has not been credited to my bank/wallet yet, despite the significant amount of time that has passed.
I have contacted their customer support, but I have not received a satisfactory resolution.
I am requesting your assistance to investigate this delay and help me receive my funds as soon as possible.

I am writing to update you on my complaint against 1win Casino. The casino claimed that my transaction has been successfully sent and they closed the support ticket from their side based on this false claim.
However, they have not sent anything, and I have not received any funds. This is completely deceitful. I have official financial statements and proof that absolutely no money has entered my account.
I am ready to provide all these documents to you (AskGamblers), but I refuse to send anything to 1win Casino anymore. I have been continuously sending them proofs and messages since May 18th without receiving any real response, cooperation, or any actual progress.
Please let me know how I can submit my evidence directly to your team to expose this fraud.
