Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing this complaint against 1win regarding a withdrawal delay.
My Registered Email: <removed>
The Issue: Withdrawal delay / Funds not received
Amount Involved: 450 EGP (Egyptian Pounds)
Request Date: 19/05/2026
I requested a withdrawal of 450 EGP from my account on May 19, 2026.
The withdrawal is still in "pending" status, or has not been credited to my bank/wallet yet, despite the significant amount of time that has passed.
I have contacted their customer support, but I have not received a satisfactory resolution.
I am requesting your assistance to investigate this delay and help me receive my funds as soon as possible.
Thank you for your help.
Thank you for the update. Since my electronic wallet does not issue traditional PDF bank statements, I have uploaded the official files generated directly by the electronic wallet app.
Additionally, I have provided a full third-party video recording that clearly shows my wallet account details, owner information, and transaction history for the requested period (May 17 to May 21).
All available proof has been provided. Please review these files and update my complaint status accordingly.
Best regards,
Dear 1win Casino,
Please let us know if there are any updates regarding this ongoing complaint.
Please note that, in case you fail to respond within the given timeframe, we will consider your case unresolved and it will be closed accordingly.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
To review your case, our specialists did indeed request a bank statement in PDF format covering the period from May 17 to May 21.
We have informed the responsible team that your electronic wallet does not provide this type of document. We are currently clarifying the available options regarding your request and will get back to you with an update shortly.
I would like to inform the respected AskGamblers team of another stalling tactic that 1win is using. They intentionally keep requesting specific bank statement PDF formats and complex documents for my transaction history, fully knowing that these specific documents are issued only by traditional brick-and-mortar banks, NOT electronic wallets.
My transaction was made via an Electronic Wallet (E-Wallet). E-wallets do not issue complex bank-style statements or official physical bank documents; they only provide standard digital transaction histories and receipts, which I have ALREADY fully submitted to them.
1win is setting impossible and impractical requirements by demanding bank-level documentation from an e-wallet service just to create complications and delay my payout.
I have provided all legitimate proofs that my e-wallet provider generates. I ask the AskGamblers team to step in and prevent 1win from making these unreasonable demands, and to force them to resolve my issue based on the valid e-wallet statements already provided.
Thank you.
