1win Deducted Money But No Bet History

I am filing a formal complaint against 1win for serious technical and transparency issues.

On July 11, 2025, I placed two bets of ₹500 and ₹200 in the Crash Classic game using the auto-withdrawal feature at 2x multiplier. The game crossed 2x, and I should have received a winning of at least ₹500, but neither the bets nor the winning amount show up in my betting history.

In fact, after I placed a bet in Aviator, I switched to Crash Classic, but strangely, Aviator's bet history started showing under Crash Classic. The bets from Crash Classic completely vanished, even though the amount was deducted from my account.

I contacted 1win support and received the following response on July 14, 2025:

> "The request has been forwarded to the game provider. Once a response is received, we will get back to you."

Since then, no follow-up, no resolution, and no refund has been provided. This is unacceptable behavior and feels like intentional bet hiding or system manipulation.

I request:

A complete explanation from 1win

Full history for bets placed on Crash Classic between 23:00 to 23:45 GMT+5:30 on July 11, 2025

Either refund my ₹1200, or credit the winning amount

Investigation of possible license violation or misuse of platform control

I am attaching screenshots of:

This issue violates basic gambling fairness and transparency, and I urge AskGamblers to help mediate and investigate it under responsible gambling practices.

Dear all,

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.

We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.

However, I have a few serious concerns:

1. How can a game provider cancel a round where my bet was already placed, and auto-withdraw was set at 2x — and I saw the multiplier cross that point?
If my bet was accepted and the multiplier reached the withdrawal point, it means I had technically won the round. How can such a winning round be cancelled after the fact?

2. If the round was truly cancelled, then why was my money deducted and held for so many days?
It clearly shows the amount was deducted from my account at that time, and I was not informed about any cancellation. What does your Terms & Conditions say about holding user funds for cancelled games without prior notification?

On July 20, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ARS 90000

Support Case: SPP-1021512

On July 20, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ARS 90,000, which remained in "In Process" status.

After waiting two days without receiving the funds or any update, I used the "Create Request" option. At that point, the withdrawal status changed to "Payment Check".

Since then, more than five additional days have passed without any progress or resolution.

I have contacted 1win customer support several times, always providing my support case number (SPP-1021512). Unfortunately, every response has been identical: they state that requests are processed in order, that my case has been forwarded to the relevant department, that they cannot provide any estimated timeframe, and that I simply have to wait.

My account is fully verified, and I have successfully completed many withdrawals before this transaction. In addition, I have also completed other withdrawals after this pending withdrawal, using the same payment method (Mercado Pago), and those withdrawals were processed within minutes or a few hours.

This clearly indicates that the issue is not related to my account verification or payment method, but rather to this specific withdrawal.

I respectfully request that 1win investigate withdrawal SPP-1021512, explain the reason why it has remained in "Payment Check" for several days, and either complete the payment or provide a clear explanation and an estimated resolution time.

I have attached screenshots of the withdrawal status and my support request as evidence.
