Hello, for more than 10 days I have tried to withdraw my funds about 156 euros on 1win, but they cancel every withdrawal request from me without a reason. Check my screenshot attached. I don't know, what I can do anymore. I didn't use a bonus or anything else. I wrote them many emails, but they didn't give me information about it. It looks like this company is a scam company.

As previously reported in the letter, your account has been blocked for violating clause 9.7. Rules for using the site, section “General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Rules)”: If a bettor commits fraudulent actions against a bookmaker company (multi-account, use of software to automate bets, playing in arbitrage situations, if the game account is not used to make bets, abuse of loyalty programs, etc.), then the bookmaker company reserves the right to stop such fraudulent activities.
