It was my first time using the 1win platform, and they asked me to verify my identity. After I completed the verification, I clearly asked them whether my account could be used for betting and withdrawals. 1WIN replied that it was possible. Then I topped up 5,000 USDT, and there are currently more than 10,800 USDT on it. It has been 18 days since I withdrew the money. I contacted their customer service, and they asked me to wait for 14 days. I have already waited longer than that. I sent them an email but they didn’t reply to me. They replied to me to verify my identity, and I completed the verification the first time. They said they needed my verification, but they didn’t tell me what I needed to verify. They never replied to my messages.
