I requested two separate withdrawals of 10,000 GEL each (Totaling 20,000 GEL) from my 1win account (ID: 376237909). More than 4 days have passed, and both transactions remain stuck in "Processing" status.
When I contacted live support, they claimed the issue was on the bank's side. However, when I emailed their security team demanding valid ARN/RRN codes or official transaction receipts, they sent a generic automated template saying "Your account is working normally" and ignored my financial requests.
No transaction proof (ARN/RRN) has been provided to prove the money ever left 1win. I request 1win to immediately process both 10,000 GEL withdrawals or provide verifiable ARN transaction reference codes for my bank.

Thank you for the update. However, canceling my existing withdrawal requests is not an acceptable solution.
1. The two withdrawal requests of 10,000 GEL each (Total 20,000 GEL) have already been pending in "Processing" status for over 4 days.
2. Canceling these requests to split them into smaller amounts will reset the waiting queue and cause further unnecessary delays.
3. If there are no account restrictions, 1win's financial department should either approve and process the two existing 10,000 GEL transactions immediately or manually split and release the funds on their end without forcing me to re-queue.
I request 1win to immediately process the pending 20,000 GEL withdrawals or provide official ARN transaction reference codes.

Hello,
Thank you for the detailed information. We can confirm there are no restrictions on your account. As a next step, we'd suggest trying to process the withdrawals as smaller amounts, which can sometimes help resolve processing delays on larger transactions.
Please let us know if that resolves the issue or if you need further assistance.
