Hello,

I am a long time follower of this forum as I thought I not need it I have a very concerning case with 1goodbet. I won 9000 euro and once I started to wager and play some more I reached 160000 euro. in mid gameplay they kicked me out of the casino. When I tried to login it showed banned.

I contacted support they said " there is technical issue problem is with many other players account including yours we trying to correct them". I waited and waited until today I got a email :

" With this email, we would like to draw your attention to the issue we faced lately.

This technical issue has emerged in the time frame from the 19th of December up until the 23rd. Due to this, we have had further complications with a bet and win results. Consequently, you and many of our customers have been faced with ANTIFRAUD system blockage of accounts until the misoperation has not been found and fixed.

Firstly, we would like to apologize for this situation and for making you wait before our investigation to finalize. Secondly, we would like to express our gratitude for helping us become better and finding technical issues within our system.

Unfortunately, since there was a significant technical issue with the wagering, bonus system and integration, all the bet and win results, according to our terms and conditions, cannot be considered valid. However, we understand our customers’ disappointment; therefore, we provide monetary compensation to all the customers in the time frame. You will be granted compensation in the value of your deposits and 1000EUR as a gratitude for helping us find the bug in the system. "

I have all the proof that my gameplay was legal and there was no bugs. I played common slots that from famous providers.

Think this is an error which should be corrected by repaying me the full amount. Also I deposit 1000s of euro's in this casino.

Please let the rep check to this situation and fix it.

Thank you for your patience in waiting for the resolution of this issue.

With this message, we would like to inform you that in the time frame between 19.12.2022 and 12.01.2023, we had a significant issue regarding a series of no-deposit bonuses and a series of deposit bonuses in the time frame. The primary issue was caused by a third-party technology provider responsible for bonus mechanisms and game aggregation at 1good.bet. Please note, that sufficient, detailed proof was provided to the AskGamblers team to support the validity of the technical error.

Thank you for re-opened the case feel really upset about the outcome.

I still need all my deposits back. The casino kept my accounts LOCKED.

Also considering the time line they had this so called 'error" they kept it going for weeks. Pittifull. Pay me back my deposits.

This was the last respond from 3 January admitting they are wrong.


We will try to explain this with an example. The big win of 1500 EUR received from the free game due to the error was considered as a regular winning and was split into a 25/75% (real money/bonus money) ratio without any extra x30 wagering. For instance, the wagering would remain at 27000 EUR, and in the case of a regular win, you would wager only the amount of 27000 EUR. However, you were triggered to the free spins caused by the technical error most of the time, and the winnings would require x30 wager normally (in the case of 1500 EUR winnings, it would be an extra 45000 EUR). The decision made by the company relies on the fact that this has not worked correctly, and given the examples with the winnings triggered by the free spin resulting in your case of excess of 14000EUR would require x30 wagering, which would be an amount equal to 420000EUR.



We do understand that the wagering amount is ridiculously much, therefore, company has come to a decision. More specifically, since, due to the error amount wagered by you equaled to 60000 EUR, we would grant you compensation for the amount wagered initially - 900 EUR (27000 EUR), your deposit and an extra 1000 EUR for your help in defining the bug and to support your expectations.



We would want to save you time, finances, and effort; thus, we are sending you this email to give you a better image of the situation. If a natural gaming path caused your winnings, we gladly accept your balance and payout. The amount is not significant to lose the reputation.



Finally, we would be willing to provide you with the bonus of 14000 EUR that occurred during your play, with the wagering equaled to x25 instead of x30, in case you still want to try your luck wagering the bonus. Please note that the conditions of 25/75% still would apply to the bonus. Also, please note that this does not affect the compensation, as our company is still willing to compensate the amount specified above.



Our company reserves the right to provide extra in-depth documentation during the relevant court hearing.

So as it seems,

NO RESPONDS FROM THIS FAILING 1 GOODBET !

I exploited this to the fullest way to Askgamblers it is REALLY POOR judgement from Askgamblers to chose there side on the so called " ERROR"

Look at the evidence I provided on this website. Other posters with the same complaint. They said it was an error from 1 week. Only they run further with this scheme for 1 MONTH! Only for affliate income for askgamblers POOR!!!!

Yea this is FAIR. Wager 500.000 euro maybe Askgamblers should change their position towards this complaint.
