7000 euro NOT willing to pay

I want to keep it short I have the same complaint as the user from 160.000 euro win not paid out.

I won 7000 euro. I got emailed.

This technical issue has emerged in the time frame from the 19th of December up until the 23rd. Due to this, we have had further complications with a bet and win results. Consequently, you and many of our customers have been faced with ANTIFRAUD system blockage of accounts until the misoperation has not been found and fixed.

Firstly, we would like to apologize for this situation and for making you wait before our investigation to finalize. Secondly, we would like to express our gratitude for helping us become better and finding technical issues within our system.

Unfortunately, since there was a significant technical issue with the wagering, bonus system and integration, all the bet and win results, according to our terms and conditions, cannot be considered valid. However, we understand our customers disappointment; therefore, we provide monetary compensation to all the customers in the time frame. You will be granted compensation in the value of your deposits and 200% on your deposit, as a gratitude for helping us find the bug in the system.

Personally I think it's a shame that askgamblers is promoting a site that just scamming it customers.

Could you please ask the manager why they doing this as it is not legal.

irst of all it is super POOR that Askgamblers chose the side of 1goodbet.

I play I won I didn't do anything wrong. Also on other complaints on this side you could just see that they could run this SCAM on multiple people. So basically every casino has free chance to confiscate your money.

" SORRY TECHNICAL ERROR NOTHING YOU DID WRONG BUT WE TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY ANYWAYS "

Now we are months further no pay out no update no deposit back. It would be nice if there is a 1 GOOD WILL gesture of returning player deposit and player funds.

Withdrawal not received after nearly 2 months
On May 2, I made a withdrawal of 871 Euros from the casino. Still not received. About 2 weeks after requesting the withdrawal I made a live chat inquiry on the casino site and was told that the withdrawal needed to be reviewed as it was a larger amount and that I would receive it soon. A week later, the withdrawal still hadn't arrived, so I emailed the casino at the address listed on the casino's website, but I still haven't received a reply. In the past I have made larger withdrawals without problems and quickly, but I would like to know more information about when I can expect the withdrawal (I see that many other players had issues with large wins due to bonus error, but my wins were just from my own money and I didn't play any slots, only card games and roulette).

Last week the withdrawal was cancelled and put to my balance so I played a little, increasing my balance to 946 Euro. Then I wanted to submit the withdrawal again, but the withdrawal page says that I need to submit documents. It doesn't specify which documents as I already submitted the general proofs of ID, adress and payment method and this was verified a year ago. I wanted to ask on Live Chat and email, but haven't received a reply in over a week. Therefore I would like Askgamblers to help. I am happy to submit more documents or evidence if needed, but I would like the casino to at least communicate where is the problem.

Refuses to pay 160000 euro winnings

I am a long time follower of this forum as I thought I not need it I have a very concerning case with 1goodbet. I won 9000 euro and once I started to wager and play some more I reached 160000 euro. in mid gameplay they kicked me out of the casino. When I tried to login it showed banned.

I contacted support they said " there is technical issue problem is with many other players account including yours we trying to correct them". I waited and waited until today I got a email :

I have all the proof that my gameplay was legal and there was no bugs. I played common slots that from famous providers.

Think this is an error which should be corrected by repaying me the full amount. Also I deposit 1000s of euro's in this casino.

Please let the rep check to this situation and fix it.

Great delay my withdrawal of 500 Euros

1Goodbet is delaying my withdrawal!! It’s start when I start to verify my account the verification process took 5 days. I send all the documents they asked. After 2 days I received a mail that in order my account to be verified I need to send Nacional Id. Ok, I send and the process restarts again 48 hours of waiting.. After 5 days my acc was verified!!

After my account was verified I immediately request a withdrawal request via bank transfer!! I fill a bank transfer application..it was strange because on the withdrawal application I need to put my home address as well!! Ok I put my home address.. everything correct..

After 2 days on 4.10.22 I received a mail that my withdrawal was denied and the reason was my home address was in wrong format (I will provide you with print screen from my account info). My address is verified with the 1good.bet and the print screen from the withdrawal application just to see that my address is correct!!

Any way I contacted the support they don’t know what is going on, and they informed me that I need to send a mail to [email protected] and to give my bank details and they will process my withdrawal manually!! I send the mail immediately!!

I contacted the support that they confirmed me that they received my mail and my withdrawal will be processed within 48 hours!! Now am waiting more that 80 hours and no progress!!

Support every day telling me a different story!! Every day they promised me that yes today is the day!! But so far nothing!!!

I have print screen how I been lied every day from support!! How that making fool of me every day!! I can provide you if you need!!
