ComeOn Casino - 16,436 Payment Delayed For Weeks!

I requested a withdrawal from my ComeOn Casino account 25/9/25, but I still haven’t received my funds. It has now been 8 business days, even though ComeOn states that withdrawals should be processed within 2–7 business days.

I have withdrawn money from ComeOn before, but it has never taken this long. I'm starting to get worried.

I contacted their support, but I have not received an answer.

On the 4th of July I deposited 500 euro to Comeon with my ewallet - Mifinity.

The amount was sent from my account, but it wasn't credited to my account at Comeon.

I made contact with live chat and told them what happened.

They ask me to wait until the next day. The money was still not credited to my Comeon account.

I send them my screenshot of the transaction from my mifinity account.

They have told me that it should be manually sent back to my mifinity account.

This was sent by comeon on 2th August. I have not heard from them since.

And I have tried to contact them through email, refnr: 3213862.

Can you please contact them for me. Really hope this can be fixed very soon.

Im writing this complaint here in hopes of me getting response quicker. On Jan 28th my account with comeon suddenly got closed, when I was playing on the account the very same day. I read in their T&C and found this:

The customer support team will provide support related to the Site. Complaints are handled by the Company in accordance with the contact information found on the Site. The following e-mail address can be used; [email protected]. All inquiries and complaints must be directed to the customer support team in writing or in electronic format. A complaint shall be deemed to have been submitted in a valid manner when it contains clear information regarding the player's identity and gives all relevant details giving rise to the complaint. In the first instance, a Senior Customer Support staff member will thoroughly investigate the matter together with the appropriate personnel or 3rd party vendors, as necessary, and will advise the customer of the outcome within 7 business days of receiving the official complaint. If the customer is still not satisfied with the outcome of the investigation, the dispute can be escalated to the Head of Customer Support who will give a final response to the dispute within 7 business days.

This is taken directly from their own Terms, and its now been 11 business days since I submitted the complaint, and I have only gotten answers its getting delayed for some reason, but its clearly stated in terms thats I will have a clear answer within 7 business days of me submitting the complaint.

I hope by showing AskGamblers this, but also other people, I will make everyone aware of their behaviour.

In the evidence submitted together with my complaint here you can clearly see emails where I state to them multiple times that they breach their own t&c, but clearly don't care about it. Also making the file public so people can see for themselves that they simply don't care about breaching their own T&C

I have had a struggle with my withdrawal since 19 January.

Comeon waited about 13 days to get out my money and I have sent in all the documents they are asking for and approved all of the documents, when I talked with support asking when I get my money they said they do not know what we gonna do this as fast as possible and promise me days I will hear an answer from them but nothing happens.

Getting no clear answers about my withdrawal from the department and Support asked why I wanted my money and just being unprofessional. 

Is this how casinos really gonna work?

Hi, I play on ComeOn without bonus and I request a withdraw 480 EUR.

My account is fully verified and not my first withdraw. Now I am waiting 5 days, and on live chat and email I contacted, send me that you need to wait 5-7 days but on rules is 5 days.

Now I need to wait more 5-7 days without any reason. Only says is routine check but on rules is maximum 5 days!

But unfortunately the amount is not credited into my casino account and when I raised a complaint to casino support team told me wait for 2-3 hours but today its completed 2 days, but still I didn't receive any update from support team and when I am sending mail they didn't respond my mails. On monday 7th February, I was asked if I want a deposit bonus on 100% within 5000NOK. Monday 14th I accepted it, and took a deposit on 4000 NOK on it.

The Bonus wasn't given to me from my deposit, which you can see from my balance, "balanse"(4000NOK), where it should be 8000NOK. Since then I have reached out to the live chat, and they are only delaying it. 

The bonus is given by the loyalty team of Comeon, where my "supervisor" is. When trying to reach out to them, they aren't responding to me.

Last day I was in the chat again, to ask if they have looked at my account, and they told me "We can't find any deposit bonus from 14th February", but the mails from the loyalty team show that they have putted it in my account. After proving this to the live chat, they said they found it, but can't give me my bonus money. Instead they would give me a new deposit bonus and 25% (1000 NOK) from the other deposit..

So in the conclusion: I have deposited to a deposit bonus, and after that I haven't got my bonus money. When I'm telling them that I have not got the bonus, they conclude with giving me a new one, after I already have deposited to the one from 14th February. This is wrong since then I have already deposited and now they are telling me to deposit again for getting the full bonus.

ComeOn approved withdrawal on 7th January. Money is still not there. But they say funds returned by the bank. But they haven't put them back at my player's account. and every day saying they contacted the payment provider so on. But nada happens. I want my 150.000 Nok

I have 10x15000 NOK withdraws.

I don't feel safe with them doing this with my money. Respectless

I created an account at Comeon, made a deposit and took their oddsbonus. I played bets until I have fulfilled their bonus requirements. Made an withdrawal and have sent them all documentation they wanted. everything is approved too. But I have been waiting from my money since 16/9 and the verification process was completed that day too.

I have very strange experience with these guys. I deposited via Neteller and now I want to withdraw. I have around 700 euros there. However the only available methods for withdrawal are MUCHBETTER AND TRUSTLY.

I`d like to withdraw via the same payment method so I decided to contact their support team. Unfortunately all the bad reviews for their support is true. Very slow and unadequate!

First I was on live chat, they told me they can`t do anything and advised to me write an e-mail. I wrote an e-mail and two days there was no answer. I sent another email-...and the answered me...to withraw via Neteller.

Imagine...like they dont understand what I `ve already explained to them. I sent another e-mails. They replied me that they are sorry....this is technical issue and now it`s fixed so now I have to request it. But I logged into my account and its the same- they didnt fix anything. I sent another email and they replied me to clear the cookies. But I cleared the cookies and it`s one and the same thing. And it`s already a week.

Guys, I dont know, do they have coordination in their support or this is just a method for slowing down the payment. Please, help me
