Good evening,
First of all I would just like to say that I want to open this case after seeing all of the other cases for delayed payments. My withdrawal is still awaiting authorisation and has been for 3days. This is after being told it would take between 24-48 hrs. I have found that one minute the communication is good and then you don't hear anything back. I will be calling everyday until the issue is resolved. Tomorrow will be a week since I are the withdrawal and all relevant information was with then by Tuesday.

I can see your withdrawal was validated on 12.03, after we received all the requested documents and explanations regarding some difference between the information you provided us when registering and what was on your documents.
It will take 2-4 business days for the funds to reach your account.
