The Eurovision Song Contest is only a few weeks away, and the atmosphere is heating up, with the venue almost ready and excitement running high. We already know the running order for both semi-finals, but what about the qualifying odds?
First Semi-Final Qualifying Odds
Before we look at the odds of each participant qualifying for the final, here’s the running order for the Tuesday, 12 May, semi-final:
- Moldova: Satoshi - Viva, Moldova!
- Sweden: Felicia - My System
- Croatia: Lelek - Andromeda
- Greece: Akylas - Ferto
- Portugal: Bandidos do Cante - Rosa
- Georgia: Bzikebi - On Replay
- Italy: Sal Da Vinci - Per Sempre Sì
- Finland: Linda Lampenius and Pete Parkkonen - Liekinheitin
- Montenegro: Tamara Živković - Nova Zora
- Estonia: Vanilla Ninja - Too Epic to Be True
- Israel: Noam Bettan - Michelle
- Germany: Sarah Engels - Fire
- Belgium: Essyla - Dancing on the Ice
- Lithuania: Lion Ceccah - Sólo Quiero Más
- San Marino: Senhit - Superstar
- Poland: Alicja - Pray
- Serbia: Lavina - Kraj Mene
Out of these 17 countries, Germany and Italy have pre-qualified as founding nations, so there are no odds on their qualification for the final.
The favourites for qualifying are Finland, Greece, Israel and Sweden, all of them with odds around 1.02. To be honest, that’s not even worth a bet. They are closely followed by Serbia, Moldova, and Croatia, all with odds between 1.10 and 1.20 to qualify.
Lithuania, Montenegro, Georgia and Poland all sit at odds between 1.30 and 2.00, and if you feel confident one of them will qualify, maybe you can take a closer look at these odds. Portugal sits at similar odds with Poland, while Belgium and Estonia are a bit further away, with the smallest chance given to San Marino, with the odds over 5.00.
Second Semi-Final Qualifying Favourites
First, let’s look at the line-up we expect to see on Thursday, 14 May, the second Eurovision semi-final evening:

- Romania: Alexandra Căpitănescu - Choke Me
- Luxembourg: Eva Marija - Mother Nature
- Czechia: Daniel Zizka - Crossroads
- France: Monroe - Regarde!
- Armenia: Simón - Paloma Rumba
- Switzerland: Veronica Fusaro - Alice
- Cyprus: Antigoni - Jalla
- Austria: Cosmó - Tanzschein
- Latvia: Atvara - Ēnā
- Denmark: Søren Torpegaard Lund - Før Vi Går Hjem
- Australia: Delta Goodrem - Eclipse
- Ukraine: Leléka - Ridnym
- United Kingdom: Look Mum No Computer - Eins, Zwei, Drei

France and the UK have pre-qualified from this group, and so has Austria as the host nation of this year’s event. Australia, Denmark and Ukraine are the absolute favourites to qualify, according to bookmakers, closely followed by Romania, Cyprus and Bulgaria.
Czechia, Malta, Norway and Albania are also given good chances of qualifying, with the odds for betting on them ranging from 1.20 to 1.50. Latvia and Armenia are also priced at odds below 2.00, Latvia ranging from 1.50 to 1.70, and Armenia from 1.70 to 2.00.
Switzerland and Luxembourg follow, while Azarbaijan is given the lowest chances of around 10% to qualify, with the odds on them being around 10.00.
