Zipcasino Sportsbook - Withdrawal Blocked by ZipCasino

For the last three months, I have been having major problems withdrawing my money from ZipCasino, and this has not been my fault. The amount in question is €1,526.
The verification process on their website took more than two months. On several occasions, they replied to my emails during the verification process only after several days. Then, when it was time to verify my address, I had sent them my bank statement, but they did not accept it because they claimed that my bank was actually a digital bank. After a lot of back-and-forth communication, they finally admitted at some point that they had made a mistake, and that my account was now verified and that I could withdraw the money from my account.
However, when I subsequently made a withdrawal request, it was rejected. Their first response was that I had an active bonus and that because of this I could not withdraw my money. I told them that I had never accepted any bonus at any point, and then in a new email they said that I needed to wager €596 in order to be able to withdraw my money.
It is important to mention that ZipCasino reduced my bet limit to the minimum, so their requirement that I wager €596 in order to be able to withdraw my money seems like one of the ways they are preventing me from withdrawing my money.
I told them that I have no problem wagering that amount, but in that case they should restore my normal bet limit, or if they do not want to restore my normal bet limit, then they should allow me to withdraw my money. Anything other than that simply confirms that they do not want to allow me to withdraw my money.
In response to that message, they simply repeated their previous response, in which they only repeated their conditions that I need to wager that amount in order to be able to withdraw my money, completely ignoring everything I had previously written.
After their message, I sent them two more messages, to which I have received absolutely no response, even five days after sending them. It seems that communication with them is no longer functioning. I hope that with the help of a third party, I will be able to get some justice here after three months of problems with ZipCasino.
