Is not accepting the official results

I made bet on their casino about Villareal - Copenhagen football game. My bet is: most shots on target: Villareal (team 1). They are using opta score and opta score is saying villareal had 5 shots on target and Copenhagen had 4. But this casino is trying to say it was 4-4 so they are lying and the stole all my winnings. Their own betslip is saying the score was 4:3 to villareal, which still shoud give me my win. But their sports team is trying to say it was actually 4:4 when all official sources are saying my bet was correct.

Withdrawal pending for several days

I have been waiting for my withdrawals for several days. The withdrawals amount to €8000, and the total balance is more than €9000.

Earlier today I was told on chat that the withdrawals were still pending a security check, and later when I tried to login, I get an error saying my account is blocked.

I have already waited far longer than their stated time line, and demand the withdrawals to be processed.
