Winning ticket voided

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

We would like to provide clarification regarding the user’s concern.

The bet in question was reviewed directly by our sportsbook provider and subsequently cancelled in line with their policies and procedures. This action was not taken by Wild.io but by the provider after their internal assessment.

The cancellation was carried out in accordance with Clause 2.11 of the Terms and Conditions:

“If there is a reason to believe that the bet was placed after the outcome of the event was already known, or after the competitor gained an advantage (for example, an advantage in the score, replacement or removal of a player, etc.), Sportsbook reserves its right to invalidate the given bet (make a return), on both winning and losing outcomes.”

In this case, the initial stake was returned to the user’s account. No funds were lost as a result of the cancellation, as the provider applied a return rather than settling the bet as a win or a loss.

We understand that bet cancellations can be frustrating. However, in this case, the sportsbook provider acted strictly within the framework of the agreed terms. As hosts, we do not grade or cancel bets ourselves and have no ability to override these provider decisions.

We remain available to assist with any further clarification and will continue to cooperate fully to ensure transparency.
