Disable my account with no reason

I am writing to formally dispute the recent disabling of my account and the withholding of my funds.
Over the course of my time using Wild.io, I deposited a total of 3,000 to 5,000 USDT. Initially, I successfully withdrew approximately 2,000 USDT without any issues with some sportbets. However, when I recently attempted to withdraw 3,500 USDT, the request was denied, and my account was flagged for KYC verification.
I fully complied with the requests. I submitted all required documentation and agreed to a video verification call. During the call, I answered all questions honestly and was fully cooperative and polite. Despite following every instruction and passing the verification steps, my account was immediately disabled without any explanation or justification.
I have not engaged in any fraudulent activity, nor have I violated any Terms of Service. It is completely unacceptable to withhold my remaining balance of 3,500 USDT after I have fully complied with the KYC process.
I am requesting an immediate review of my account, a clear explanation for this action, and the immediate release of my remaining funds.
