Thank you for asking the casino for evidence that I was notified of the stake limit.
I would kindly ask that the casino also be required to explain the following, as it has not addressed these points in any of its responses so far:
Why my active bonus page displayed "Minimum stake for wager: No limit" and "Maximum stake for wager: No limit" throughout the entire bonus period, if a maximum stake applied.
Why every bet, including the larger ones, was accepted without warning and counted towards my wagering progress, with the progress bar increasing after each bet until the bonus was completed.
Why, if the bonus had been breached, the casino still converted my bonus balance into real money and allowed me to keep playing for two more days. During those two days I placed 30–40 bets with real money, with no active bonus. My balance grew through these real-money bets as well, not only through the bonus. Yet the casino removed all my winnings, including those from bets placed after the bonus was completed.

1. The correction came after the fact. The live chat conversations and the "correction" message the casino refers to all took place on 27/09/2026, after my winnings had already been removed. All my bets were placed between 24/09 and 26/09. During that period, the only information available to me was my active bonus page, which consistently showed "Minimum stake for wager: No limit" and "Maximum stake for wager: No limit," and a progress bar that increased with every bet I placed.

In both of its responses, the casino has not explained why my active bonus page showed "Maximum stake for wager: No limit" throughout the entire bonus period, or why every bet, including the larger ones, was accepted and counted towards my wagering progress without any warning. The casino's own agent Isabella explained that some bonuses have minimum and maximum bet amounts, which are shown in exactly this section, and that "when you see 'no limit' it means that you can bet whichever amount and it will count." This confirms that the bonus page is where stake restrictions are displayed. For my bonus, it showed no restriction. I ask the casino to explain why its own interface displayed no stake limit if one applied
3. The bonus terms were not presented to me. I received this bonus through live chat. The only condition communicated to me was 5× wagering on deposit plus bonus. Term 7 and Term 12, which the casino now quotes, were not shown or mentioned to me when I received the bonus. The only bonus conditions I could see in my account stated that there was no stake limit.
4. My question about real-money bets remains unanswered. After the bonus was completed and my balance converted to real money, I placed another 30–40 bets over two days with no active bonus. The casino states that "the winnings generated from the bonus were deducted," but the removed amount also includes winnings from these later real-money bets. I again ask the casino to specify exactly which bets breached the rule, and to explain why winnings from bets placed after the bonus was completed were also confiscated.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to take into account that the casino's own interface displayed no stake limit throughout the entire bonus period.
You can see at the printscreens the agent says there are bonus that has special options and restrictions and it all counts towards the wager.

Regarding the Live Chat communication, there was an initial misunderstanding during the live chat session, which our team corrected immediately. The player was notified of the maximum stake limit right after via the following message:

‘’Please accept our apologies for not being able to continue our conversation via the messaging app. Apologies for the confusion. There is a maximum stake, please note the following: The maximum bet amount you can place when you have an Active Bonus is equal to your deposit."

As mentioned in this bonus’ Terms, which is the same for the VIP bonuses, Term 7 states: "The maximum bet amount you can place when you have an Active Bonus is equal to your deposit". Additionally, Term 12 of the bonus states: "General Terms and Conditions apply".

There, Term 1.1 explicitly clarifies: " 1.1 In case of a Sports Deposit Bonus, the maximum bet amount a player can place when having an Active Sports Bonus is equal to his/ her deposit."

Because the maximum bet limit was breached during the active bonus phase, the winnings generated from the bonus were deducted. Please note that the user's original deposited funds were not deducted and remained available in the account balance.
